The weather in Philly has been so bi-polar lately. One week it’s nothing but cold and rainy and the next it’s super warm and all I want is to lay around in the park and have picnics. So I am trying to take advantage of these lingering warm days. This dress is super lightweight so it’s perfect these bi-polar days, and with these super comfy flats it’s easy to run errands around the city!
