It’s funny how things change. I thrifted this dress a few years ago and, at the time, was completely unsure if I would even wear it at all, but for some reason, I grabbed it anyway. I’ve only worn it a handfull of times since then and, even though I’ve gotten some sweet comments about it everytime, I still kind of felt iffy about it. But when I pulled it out of my summer stash about a month ago I realized I couldn’t wait to wear it. It really has grown on me and can see myself wearing it a lot more this year.

This past week was full of a few bad days so I only blogged about twice (which feels so strange for me now a days) and didn’t wear much besides jeans and a t-shirt all week (which also feels really weird..). But I’m already feeling that this week will be much better. I spent most of the weekend working on a few DIYs that have been on my list, and took plenty of pictures and am excited to blog about them. I also get to go to the farm and ride twice this week, which I’m already very excited for. Oh, and did I mention, it’s also my birthday AND our one year anniversary? Woo! Lots of things to be excited for 🙂

Oh, and the weather is finally looking summery which automatically puts me in a good mood!
