Polaroid Carton
It’s finally berry season in Jersey! I got my first batch of Jersey strawberries this past week and they were truly heavenly! Of course, a few weeks ago I tried to rush it by buying some North Carolina strawberries from the store, and no offense North Carolina, but you got nothin’ on us. Since those berries weren’t anywhere near as juicy, I was left with this pristine little carton, and couldn’t bring myself to just chuck it (I have problems, I know!). So instead, I decided it was the perfect size to display some of my massive collection of polaroids in! I mostly used the polaroids I’ve taken when me and Frank have traveled, and I love it! There’s still a ton thrown together in a tin, but now at least some of them are on display:)
What polaroid camera do you use? I have some on my wish list. Love the blue carton to bits!
Waiting on my blackberries to ripen here in Virginia. Yummy!!
Elizabeth – I have several, but the ones I mainly shoot with are a 600 and a Spectra. I got them both when I was 14 or 15 so it was a few years before Polaroid shut down production and film was still cheap. I’d recommend a Spectra, but the price of film for them is OUTRAGEOUS. I know Urban Outfitters and a few others places are making film for the 600’s though, so they’re not too bad film-price wise. Hope that helps!Leigh Ann – sounds delicious! We don’t get as many blackberries up here, but I LOVE them!
Oh, do you live in Jersey too!?Kim
