I told you I was on a bit of a fall kick already, didn’t I? Well I have a little bit of a Pumpkin addiction and when I came across this recipeand couldn’t bear to wait another month to try it out, but decided that I would love it even more as just plain old granola (instead of bars) to sprinkle over my yogurt (with a little bit of honey, of course!). All I did was leave out the chocolate chips, and spread it thinly across a sheet pan lined with parchment and presto! Yummy granola:)
Oh, and I may or may not have use those left out chocolate chips to sprinkle over the yogurt too, when no one was watching. And you could too, if you wanted to… I promise not to tell!
Oh, I have a pumpkin addiction too! During pumpkin season we eat pumpkin granola, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin french toast, pumpkin bread, pumpkin oatmeal cookies, pumpkin muffins…well you get the idea 🙂 Yes I LOVE pumpkin.
Mmmm…I HAVE to try that. It’s starting to feel like Fall around here + I am so excited!!!
