Enjoying Autumn

I spent most of this afternoon making and canning applesauce. It smelled like pure autumn goodness in the house! Now I’m all cuddled up on the couch watching The Addams Family with the pupster and my husband. It’s perfection. I’ve been so excited to watch all the Halloween movies. They’re definitely my favorite and I get way more excited for them over any sort of Christmas movie (well, I guess Elf does come close!). They’re all mostly silly and crazy and over the top which I just love. Then, of course, there’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, which is perfect in it’s simplicity and cuteness.

This skirt has been such a huge staple for me the last few years and I feel like there’s no way I could live without it (okay, maybe I’m being just a tad bit dramatic). It’s so easy to pair and I wear it in almost every seaon. I think the falls colors with the khaki are my favorite though! It acts almost like a neutral so I feel a little more brave pairing a few different colors and patterns with it.

The husband and pup decided to picture-bomb me today, so here it is…
