Making things Work

F21 Shirt (thrifted) // New York & Co. Cardigan (thrifted) // H&M Skirt (thrifted)

Vintage Belt + Shoes (thrifted) // Target Tights

I never noticed how most of my closet is fall colors until I reached in l started reaching in for “springy” things. I guess I’m just more drawn to those rich colors, plus I always find pastels hard to mix with the rest of my wardrobe. So lately I’ve been trying to make some of my fall-like colors feel a little more appropriate for the spring, it’s kind of fun! I thrifted this shirt last week and it’s already proving to be a great peice for mixing with almost anything, so I’ll deffinitely be getting my whole 85cents worth out of it:)

  1. Love every element of this outfit.

  2. Lovely outfit. I have a very similar cardigan from f21 and it is a staple for sure

Thrift Outlets, Meg! Most of the time I pay $3+ at regular thrift stores but recently my area has had a few Goodwill Outlets open. Some of them are pay by the pound (which can be really cheap for clothes) and one out in Lancaster, PA is 85cents a piece. The trade off is that nothing is organized or hung or anything, so it’s a lot of digging through some gross stuff to find the good stuff:)
