A Little {Surprise} Tea Party
Yesterday I threw my sister a little surprise birthday tea party for her big 25th! We drank plenty of tea and ate little mini sandwiches and cupcakes. My mom and (other) sister were great in pulling together plenty of gluten-free foods for those at the party who couldn’t have any gluten. It was almost as much fun planning as it was just sitting back and enjoying. I love party planning (some days I really miss wedding planning and designing) to me, it’s the perfect storm of organizing, designing, decorating and baking. It was fun to do a whole bunch of different floral prints and getting to pull out our great-grandmothers china. The best part was that it felt like everyone really enjoyed themselves which, of course, is the most important part:)
Hope everyone has a lovely easter!
Such a pretty party, the food looks yummy, the straws are the cutest and there are even flowers hanging down! Happy birthday to your lucky sister!
