Keeping Time
Thrited Shirt // Madewell Skirt // Wanted Boots // Fossil Watch c/o Watchco
I’ve never really been a big watch person, but that’s really just because I’m picky. I don’t want anything too dressy, too “blingy”, or too cheap looking either. When WatchCo offered me a watch I was excited but I didn’t want to just take anything – I’ve seen other bloggers change their style just because they’re offered products and I don’t have any desire whatsoever to do that. They have some gorgeous watches, but most are a little too fancy for me to wear on a regular basis, but this one is so perfect for me! I’ve always loved Fossil’s stuff anyway (some of their bags I’ve been eyeing for a while!) so it was kind of a no-brainer. I’ve worn it everyday since it came in the mail and it’s worked perfect with all of my outfits. I love that the face looks a little vintage and the strap is comfortable but really cute and classic too.
This weekend me and Frank drove down to Maryland to pick up a vintage fridge (hopefully soon we’ll have a kitchen to put it in…) and they guy who sold it to us had a house that was literally packed with antique and vintage goodies – stoves, washers, furniture, everything! We might be going back up this week to get something else too – it’s just too tempting:)
How was everyone’s weekend?
That is perfect for you chelle! Love it 🙂
I really like the simple design of that watch. It looks great with your outfit, and your pictures are lovely! It makes me want to get a watch. The battery on mine broke years ago, and I have just never replaced it. The watch was the silver link style, so no great loss there:) That vintage fridge sounds awesome! I would love to redo our kitchen with a vintage fridge and stove. Maybe something in mint green:) What color is yours?
Thanks so much Kari! oh I love those mint green stoves! We just went with white – I’m planning on doing our kitchen in whites, blacks and wood hopefully:)
The light in these photos is so gorgeous! Love it 🙂
