Thoughts Welcome
So this actually has nothing to do with Weston, but I mean common – Look at him! Can’t help sharing that adorable face with the world:)
Anyway, I’ve been thinking a lot about my blog and where I want to take it. I love blogging and I really do think that no matter what happens I’lll probably always blog, whether it’s every day, once a week or once a month, I can see myself always doing it in some capacity. I’ve loved doing more personal style over the last year and still sharing some crafts and projects occasionally too but I’d love to get some feedback on what others think. I definitely think as bloggers we tend to see our blogs as our babies and it’s hard to see the faults in your own.
So feel free to share your thoughts. I’d love to hear what you might like and not like (in a nice way, please!) about Fine + Feathered. Or maybe if you’re not that farmiliar with my little “corner” of the internet feel free to share the things you love most about your favorite blogs!
I just scrolled through some of your older posts trying to think of something i dont like, but i litterally cant think of anything. I absolutely love your blog! You are such a great photographer and i really like your style : )
I like your blog a lot – I follow maybe a dozen blogs, so I’m pretty picky. I like blogs that have a personal story in them – not like oh here’s my outfit and my recipe, etc – so I think you’re doing a great job.It sounds like you’re feeling a bit unsettled? Didn’t you post about that a while back? – (a post I loved for its honesty, by the way.) IS there a type of post you like best?
He looks adorable! I want a dog so bad but too bad my apartment does not allow it-Vogue&Heels

I really like your blog. I like seeing what items are thrifted out of your outfits, that inspires me to go thrifting myself. Also, Weston is stinkin’ adorable, and I wouldn’t mind seeing more of his cute self. If you feel like changing things up a bit, I say go for it. You could start a series or something. 🙂
Thanks so much everyone – I really appreciate your thoughts so much!Kristina – Thanks, that means a lot to me:) I did talk about something similar a few months ago. I think I have been feeling unsettled and sometimes I just love to get other peoples viewpoints and get out of my own head every once and a while, it seems to really help!
I absolutely LOVE your blog and I always have! I came across it on Pinterest a few months ago when I saw you wearing an adorable skirt (the thrifted one with the horses) and I’ve been reading it ever since.I honestly can’t find any faults in it, and your style posts have inspired so many outfits for me, and helped me to find a style I’m comfortable with and feel confident in! I’m fourteen, and I’m pretty sure my friends are tired of me talking about how I tried to copy yet another one of your outfits, but I just love your style so much! I also love when you post recipes and crafts! I hope you never stop blogging 🙂
Adorable puppy!! I very much enjoy your blog—a recent follower, I happened across it when I saw a review you had for a local restaurant. I am a transplant in every sense to this south central area of NJ and very much appreciated a more urbane viewpoint. You have a great eye for style, I actually purchased an knitted infinity scarf that you had featured. Perhaps if you’re looking for a specific project to launch or further something like kickstarter may give you the ability to explore other interests. I recently subscribed to a new magazine through them after seeing it on another favorite blog—Keep it Chic. Good luck & I look forward to more chapters….
Weston is too cute!! May I ask, what breed is he?Your blog is beyond perfect. I love your style fashion and home-wise. I am really picky with blogs too, but yours is by far my favorite. 🙂
Thanks so much Jasmine! Weston is a Corgi mutt of some kind (the girls at the vet think hes a corgi/cattle dog mix), I think the cutest dogs are always mutts:)
I love your blog, the simple crafts, the whimsical photographs and the conversational style – I love reading blogs from non-UK bloggers, it makes me feel connected to the whole world, and I love how personal yours is, it feels like I really know you, thanks for letting me and so many others into your life 🙂
