Combine 1 cup of chocolate chips with 1/3 cup of heavy cream and microwave until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, checking often. Let fully cool to room temperature.
With an electric mixer whisk together 2/3 cup of heavy cream, 1 Tablespoon of powdered sugar, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate until fully combined (make sure you chocolate is fully cooled or it will just turn your whipped cream into soup!).
Transfer and divide between two ramekins. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
